Zombie not finished

In the Ravenholm level, when you went down a stair, the face of a zombie(normal) wasn't coloured, but just plain silver. I tried to upload some scrrenshots, but it didn't work. Has anyone else had the same "problem".

You probably shot a paint can at it by accident. i must admit it looks like an error. Could have been done better if you ask me.
