Have you tried varifying the cache files (i think thats what its called) or reinstalling the game? to verify them go to the game properties and click on verify cache files, hope this helps ;)
Iv'e found the bios for it, the problem is that i cant install the bios because the wind wont even turn on, the power button gives no response whatsoever, no flashes, no beeps or anything. And for some reason it says its charging all the time even though its not plugged in :S

YES! Finally I got Team Fortress 2 to run on my Gameboy on lowest settings and I can run it on my nes a medium-high settings, I'll upload a video later.
