Turns out that the things just weren't showing up on my map. I went to the place and the mission start marker was still there, it just wasn't showing up on my map for some reason.

I've tried phoning most of them but it doesn't seem to do anything. I would re-load it in case I've missed something but my last seperate save file was 7 days ago.

Yeah, I've done them all. According to walkthroughs the next mission I should have is "flat line".

I seem to have completed all of the available missions but I haven't got any more. On my stats it says I've only done 50% of the Jimmy Pegorino missions but I don't know what I'm meant to do to get the rest. I've been messing about for a few in-game days but haven't got a phone call or anything...
