1. I have 1GB of OCZ 1Gb with 2-3-2-6 T1 Latency, but in the Bios it only lets me choose between like 2, 2.5, and 3. How do i know what to set it to and what are the risks of setting it too low?

2. I just checked my CPU information in 3dMark01SE, and this is what it said:
Internal Clock 2.40 GHz
Internal Clock Maximum 2.40 GHz
External Clock 200 MHz
What is the External Clock, and is this set correctly for my Processor (Sig)? If it isnt, how can i change it to the correct speed?

Thanks.

External Clock is the clock that sets basicly everything for your PC.
200MHz is what it is supposed to be for 800FSB Pentium 4's, Athlon XP *3000+, 3200+ models and Athlon 64/Opteron CPUs.
PCI and AGP clocks are ratios of the External Clock.
Even though your FSB is rated for 800, it is your external clock but with some tricks (quad pumped) that allow it to perform like a 800MHz bus.
Your CPU uses a multiplyer and the external clock to get it's freqency.

CL or CAS latency of 2, 2.5 and 3 is the first number in the string.
2-2-2-5, 2-3-3-6, 2-4-4-7 are all CL or CAS 2. Set your setting to 2 or Auto.
