Where do you find out about the 7 hour war? How do you know?

You find out about it in Eli's lab, where it is found in a news article on a board.

well, it was the war between the combine and earth and earth surrendered after u guessed it, 7 hours......you can find that out in Eli's Lab on the wall....its a newspaper clipping along with other stuff.....hope that helped you out
