A Cinematic Experience Mod: Thoughts or Ideas

I have had the idea to make a mod for the orange Box engine that would be entirely just a piece of art; surreal, but believable. Being carried by a tram through a canyon of weird faces, colorful and bright skyboxes, and also full use and implementation of HDR effects. But I wanted to get some ideas first, and any input. Thanks

You know, I had an idea a few weeks ago to make a mod that covered the Seven Hour war through the eyes of a US Soldier in DC.

Too bad I have no modding skills whatsoever
