A Question about buying hl2

I have a simple question, If you have never bought hl1, and you buy hl2, (over steam or in stores), will you be able to play the old hl1 and all of its other mods (like firearms, cs1.6, etc), or will You only be able to play hl2 and its mods?

that's a good question. considering that all of the old games are being converted to source, i'm not sure what the answer is.

I would say Half-Life will be seperate. However, some beleive that Half-Life: Source (a remake of Half-Life in the source engine) will be free with HL2. We'll just have to wait and see.

Oh, I see. You're trying to get out of being banned. You can't share a game over two accounts if that's what you're really wondering.
