About to Teleport

Hi, when u are about to teleport but things start ging wrong.

I noticed this morning that on one of the consoles there is a flashing WARNING sign.

Could this be a easter egg? I will post the screen shot when im back from work.

Well... I would have thought that a warning message would be normal if something goes wrong. I don't see how this is an easter egg.

In Black Mesa East scrapyard. Near by barrels... And this HEV charger doesnt work...

It's just the front plate, non-working. Stacked up on a shelf, just as you go outside to get the Gravity Gun, it's up and to the right.
