Administration Forum?

in alot of forums that I have used in the past have admin forums, sorta like this site feedback, but more forum related, report abuse, etc...just an idea maybe
ive already seen a few spammers >:|

There's a "report" link at the bottom right of every post - If you click this and give a reason, it will send an email to all admins and moderators with a link to the offending post

I know that much...I really should think out my ideas before slapping them in here
