Anyway, i really like it, yes if you compair it to family guy it pales in comparison, but its only a pilot. Look at the pilot for family guy, wasnt that great...

I think this show will grow. I can see this show being alot more political than family guy. It will probably grow on alot of you when the full season starts.

Just like simpsons fans didnt warm up to futurama strait away.

It's nice to have a new animated series (God only knows why Futurama was cancelled, FOX punished the fresh show with an obscene time slot, and the fans pay) that seems to catch some of Family Guy's flair, it'll be nice to have until Family Guy comes back, and maybe if the rest of the season is good (I assume that hthe super bowl episode was waaaaaaay tuned down version of what the regular show might be, maybe!) it'll stick around.

I want futurama to come back.

I own Futurama on DVD and it is still one of my favorite TV shows, it is just as clever as the Simpsons and Family Guy. If you watch the whole series there are countless tie-ins and continuing jokes. The dynmics of the characters are pure gold. It is a shame FOX never had faith and banished it to horrible time slots, where even then it clung on. Unfortunatly I doubt it will ever return in the way of Family Guy, unless FOX takes notice of it's continuing success on the Cartoon Network, or (like family guy on TBS) futurama gets syndicated on more networks.
