anti citizen one stuck please help

i am stuck on this chapter i have gone from one side to the other side of this map but dont know what to do next. i have one place where i havent been but dont know how to get over to it please help im totally stuck and want to keep going. Thanks

On your right side there's a building you can enter. If I remember correctly, there's a bridge at your right when you enter this part of the level. Under that bridge there's a medic helping someone in need. Somewhat further, and a bit to the left, you can find the entrance to the building on your right. Go upstairs, fight your way through the building until you see a hole in the floor (the little room on the right side of the pic, with the broken windows). I believe there's a turret in there. When you drop down, you should be able to cross that big hole in the road.

Maybe it's possible to enter that small room directly, instead of having to go through the entire building again, but anyway, you should be able to cross the pit in the road.

sorry for the wrong forum, i was in that building but i must of missed the whole in the floor, im pretty sure i have the medic already. Can anybody confirm this. Thanks all!!

Also in these buildings most of the doors are locked with a weird lock and a red light on it. Do i have to get something to open these locks or just ignore them? Cause theres one place where you keep going up stairs and the floor is gone but you can jump and get to the door but it has one of those funky locks with the red lights on it.
