Low.

At the moment. I refuse to hype myself about games until about a week or two before their release now.
 
My anticipation will rise as more material is released. It is higher currently than Episode One, because I wasn't even aware it was released, but not as high as it ever was for Episode Two, because I was quite hyped just before its release.

However, I can image nearer the time, the hype will increase to that above my anticipation for Episode Two.

None shall rival the pain I went through before Half-Life 2
 
I'm super hyped about it. I at least wanna see a trailer, or just some screenshots! Show us something to hold us over for a little longer! With an ending like that for Ep 2, I need to see what'd gonna happen next!
 
I'm on the same with Druckles. I don't get hyped until within a month of the realese.

Has there been any EP 3 media?
 
For now, not much. But I expect we'll all get pretty damn hyped up when the media starts coming through. Valve won't let us down.
 
Most of all aove anything, because it hopefully will tie up all of the loose ends. Or a few at least.
 
Not that much at the moment, I need some media first to stimulate some excitement so I know what exactly to be excited about.
 
I will be shitting myself when it is imminent or some media is released, but right now I have mild interest.

Palpable should really be an option btw

Can't get excited without any media. I'm like that with all games now, as well as masturbation.
 
I put 'not that much' because I haven't been hyped up with media releases yet. Try this poll a bit later once they leak some legit info/screenies.
 
I'm anticipating it highly, but I'm also getting restless with the lack of any sort of new information. To me its release is much more important than L4D and any other upcoming Valve title.
 
Not nearly as much as Ep.2 as of yet. Nothing a teaser trailer can't fix.
 
At this stage I don't give a shit about any game that has even a remote connection with Valve and is not close to release. I'll get interested the moment they give the exact date and hyped when the preload begins.
 
Not much anticipation right now, as it's the infamous after-release period, and it'll take some time for Valve to develop the game far enough to have something to share. I'm thinking of doing the same thing I did with Ep1, not watching any trailers or other media, and then being awesomely surprised and amazed when it's released.
 
Pretty hyped at the moment. It'll probably go up and down a lot just like before the release of Episode Two though.
 
Very low. The thing is, you know its on its way and want to play it when it's here, but with no specific date to look towards, and no media, there's nothing to really work the hype up. Episode Two offered a particular finality to the proceedings, perhaps better even than Episode One or Half-Life 2 before it.

You know, the more I think about it, what with Valve saying they'll take their time, the promise that Ep3 will have loads of new content and the nice tying up of the present series in the Orange Box, it really wouldn't surprise me if Half-Life 2: Episode Three became Half-Life 3.
 
Not too much really, i'm just quietly looking forward to playing it. I'll get hyped when a video comes out but then forget about it.
 
I get what you are all saying, however I am still kind of hyped about Episode 3, I would like it now but I'll manage in waiting. I have TF2 to play and machinimas to make.
 
a lot, I recently (like within the last year) played through the sections of HL2, and I wasn't very motivated to play through it, I just heard it was a good game. Now, that I have knowledges that I didn't have previously, I'm stoked, I can't wait to see what Valve does with the combine invasion story ending.
 
Maybe some footage of Ep 3 at this years E3? *Crosses Fingers*
 
Right now, I would do some very terrible things just to see a trailer.
 
Not on my every waking thought, but still exited to play it, and like others one trailer will really get things going, but like I did with EP2, I will only watch the first trailer and then no more until I play it. The experiance so much more satisfying without knowing what was going to happen.
 
I must admit, there are many other games that are hyping me more than this, simply because there has not been any media. I'm a patient guy though, I can wait :)

Will Valve pull out all the stops in Ep3?

I'm just hoping Valve will reveal a new faction in Ep3, possibly concerning Borealis
 
I have high anticipation for this ep, as it's the first HL game i've known about before it's release (I know, shame on me, I started playing the HL series with the Orange Box).
 
Have no fear, matey, i only started playing on May 17, '07, starting with episode 1.
 
Eh, I know it will take time to get here, so getting hyped is like shitting your pants before you even get into the bathroom.
