The martal arts video of this standalone asian guy ( looks like he's in America ). Start off with him doing high jumps from stand still onto a large boulder taller than him.

Then it goes back to his local gym where he and mates jump through hoops and run up walls etc.

It's none of this crap urbanfreestyle shit either.
