anyone played the prince of persia demo?

Hate to revive a super-dead thread, but I just re-rented and beat Sands of Time on my X-box. I now think that this is a great game. Once I figured out the zen of the combat, it was easy. AWESOME story, and a great ending. (Lame boss fight, but after all that exertion to get there, I was glad) Very Donnie Darko, the way the plot loops back upon itself. Can't wait for the next one.

I don't know where you're getting that, but people aren't giving this game a hard time. A lot of the stupid fans at the forums are just complaining about Shadhee and the Godsmack music.
