Are You a Doom 3 Fan?

I'm a fan of the Tech, and I might buy it jsut to play around with the editor and lights and such. Depends of the kind of reviews it gets. I will however, argue withanti-doom fanboys.

I'm gotta buy it.... simply because it might become a good game... I sure hope its slightly more involving than 'run and gun' .... I'm not a fanboy of any game aprt from HL2.... i guess. Theres so many other good-looking games to look forward too

It looks like a really fun blast you know? like 'I want to just kill stuff, I'll play doom 3' thats what I like about doom games, just load it up, press start and your away killing things.

Thats kinda my view. Although, in a way im not gonna buy it for the Game but rather the potential it has for mods and stuff.

Im not really a doom fan, i played the original and it was ok, but i only really got into first person shooters when Half-Life came along. Before that i was a big RTS fan (I still am by the way)

I'm a fan even though it hasn't come out yet. It doesn't hurt to jump on the band wagon and jump off if it turns out to really blow donkey dink. But me personally I can't wait for Quake 4 and Soldier of Fortune 3!!! Just imagine the gore and 'body alterations' that thing will have.

You know. I was looking at some screen shots (at a site i was directed to in a PM ) And to be honest Doom III looks very nice. I really wanna get it now. Of course Hl2 is still on top of my list, but this new generation of games is really gonna blow everyone away. Up till now, they have all been pretty similar, not many advancements. The graphics have been made to look a bit nicer i suppose and some gameplay improvements, but nothing like what is around the corner. I cant wait!
