Umm... well considering there is already a VIP mod, and DJB has already ported a very well done version of Oilrig to source... I'd have to say no...

Mod teams having already ported a map or gametype stops developers from going on to make it themselves about as often as having a CS:Source sub-forum stops sleepy/drunk/stupid posters from posting a CS thread wherever the hell they like.
