Audio Help

I need to know the name of some audio files. I dont know if it's just my Hammer that doesn't play sounds or of none do, but it makes finding the right sound a lot harder.

I am looking for two sounds really. The first one is heard a lot of times yet i think of the canals maps when I hear it. It's a female voice that sounds like shes annoucing new orders or whatever and she plays almost constantly in those maps i think.

Also I need all kinds of alarm sounds and anything that can be played during a chase really.

Any help would be real appreciated because I dont really feel like extracting all that audio and just sit there and listen to it.

i think the female announcer sounds are made up of smaller clips combined into soundscapes. search for raw sounds using 'combine/vo' as a criterion iirc

for alarm etc. try using 'siren' as a criterion both in raw and game sound mode in the sound browser

of course hammer plays sounds, though it won't play all the game sounds for some reason, just the raw .wav files

Seems as if I have to go through the soundscapes.txt file again. Although that needed to be done anyway.
