Well, I have to give Ray some credit- Disturbed is a good band, although they may not be the bend.

Because I can't narrow it down, some of the bands I have been listening to recently:
Staind, Unloco, Sinch, Breaking Benjamin, Trapt, Onesidezero, Sunset Black, Blindside, Cave In, The Blank Theory, Anberlin. Plus many, many more.

Please realize that all these are merely opinions, so don't flame someone because you don't agree with them.
