Best Merchant?

ok im a wood-elf with thief as my birthsign and i only have storage of up to 150 so i need to get rid of alot of stuff all the time it seems but who is the best merchant for prices when selling goods to them? for example i have a iron sword worth 25gold that i dont want but the best i can get for it is 11gold in the Imperial City Market quarter...

also what merchants/people buy stolen goods? havent found anyone yet to sell them to...

you have to sell all of your stolen goods to the guy in Bruma, hes in the Inn there

its the guy that you get refered to when you become a thief, cant remember his name off the top of my head, but if you travel to the east Bruma gate, its the first building on your left
