It has A CD key but I bet it'd detect that you're using an SF key on top of a BF2 key and make them both tied up in your ID. You're welcome to try though.

because on other games, that my brother and i cant play together i just get an expansion and the cd key allows us to play together

I doubt it would work..you'll more than likely have to buy BF2 for it's CD key.

Seems thats how it is. It didnt work.

To play BF2 you need a BF2 key. To play SF you need BF2 installed and the SF key should be tied to the BF2 key (I think...)
Should have just brought another copy of BF2.

im going to try using the SF cd key in place of the Bf2 cd, thats worked for other games before. so i hope it works

You can buy a BF2 cd key for about $15 US.
