bink player in linux

any linux users here? anyone tried the bink player for linux? i got it from the RAD homepage and found it really slow... jumps and jerks around on my machine where in windows it's smooth as silk. why?

I don't know what your problem is. I've tried it on my machine running Gentoo and it seems to work just fine. Are you able to watch other kind of videos smoothly, in mplayer for example?

have you tried using the windows version with wine?
