Bio and program temperature monitor difference?

Using speedfan and hardware monitor, I get very similar speeds for the various parts on my computer

When I go to my motherboard BIOs to check temperature, I can only find the temperature readings for CPU, and it does not match the programs.


Which one is right, and how can I find more temperature readings from BIOs? I looked all over it, but zilch besides just CPU temperature readings
