I don't get how some of the objects Eli has from black mesa are in Black Mesa East...

Such as,
The HEV suit charger face plate in his junk yard
The big rock thing that caused the renesonce cascade

I dont get how he could have got them out afterwards because Black Mesa was nuked...

Anyway, the HEV charger is just an easter egg, and is there for memories.

HEV chargers were probably commercial technology and crystal really isn't the one that caused the resonance cascade.
Eli managed to carry out of Black Mesa only Alyx and a photo of his family.

He didn't take them from Black Mesa. He says that Alyx and the photo are all he got out. They were probably got them later on.

That place when you first get the gravity, gun, Alyx tells you to grab some barrels. Right beside them on the wall is the charger, if you climb up there, or climb up to Alyx's place you can see it from farther off.

The charger was probably taken to power the suit, which Kleiner had in his lab...was the only way to keep it juiced until Kleiner adapted it to Combine power...

I dunno, Valve has a tendency to think things through... although I agree they probably didn't come from Black Mesa and are mostly there for nostalgia's sake (on the part of the gamer that sees them).
