That could mean that they have signed an NDA with Valve, and they have access to the source code of the Source Engine.. That could be easier for them to debug the switch to the latest version of Source.

This is news? I guess when your a mod developer you tend to hear things sooner than others, anyways this article doesn't tell the whole story, i know a few more things but i'd prefer to let the bms team do their own announcements
