black screen, WTF!!!

has n e one but me get the black screen a little bit through chapter 2? i do, but the thing is u can still see ur health and armor and u can also see where u get hit with the read marks, and also i can hear everything...someone help, i wanna play!

ya i know, give it time, thats the start of the game, its supposed to be like that...but after chapter one, in chapter 2 is when i get that screen? help!

Its annoying because you can walk backwards and then its fine. Its just right at a certain point it does it.

IT happened to me and i was so mad. I downloaded the 3 updates for my video card on dell.com and started the game again and it worked. So try that.
