Bullet time?

Hey, I was looking for a bullet time mod, but didnt find any in .zip format. I found on in .rar, but i dont know how to use those. Can someone tell me a good bullet time mod?

A .RAR file is just a compressed file as a .ZIP is. Just download the .RAR file, and download WinRAR and extract the .RAR file. As well, where did you find this bullet time modification?

its really not bullettime, more like slowmo in hl2 the bullets arent physically moddeled so you dont see them in the air
