Buying GMOD10, forced to buy CSS too?

I tried to purchase GMOD10 through Steam, and I thought it was $9.95, but when I click the game, it comes with the message:

This game requires that you own a Source engine game such as Counter-Strike: Source, Half-Life 2, or Day of Defeat: Source. Click here for a full list of games that meet this requirement.

Well, I own every single one of those, yet Steam only gives me the option to buy GMOD10 packaged with CSS for $24.95, which I don't want. Is there any way to buy GMOD10 seperately?

I don't mean to rain on your parade as G-Mod ten might now work without CSS as CSS holds a cache of HL2 models me thinks (it's virtually the same props!)

Try lurking around in a torrent maybe you'll find an illegal one or something.

Sounds like some sort of bug, I own HL2 and CSS and could buy GMod on its own just fine.

Well I went through all the payment process short of pressing the final 'purchase' button and all the way through it listed the price as $24.95 + tax and I'm not willing to risk 15 bucks to buy something I already have.

I submitted a question to steamsupport.
