My monitor has once stopped a thermonuclear ballistic missile which by coincidence was Russian made. I don't think a bolt is going to chip it.

This monitor would actually be very convenient. If I ever feel threatened by the bad guys in a game, I don't have to worry about myself reactively pulling a gun and shooting it or punching it with my fist and having it be ruined. Okay well... maybe a gun, but... lol

Anybody ever find an old CRT monitor in a trash can or something? Ever try to throw it on the ground and bust the screen? It's hard. I vividly remember in my my high school taking an old CRT monitor out to the dumpster along with some classmates. We threw rocks at it, kicked it with steel toe boots, etc. The thing just made this strong resonating sound of "BOOOONG" even after a boulder was thrown directly at it. Try it some day. *Lol I remember some kid getting beat red in the face too, determined to break it. Eventually threw it as hard as possible in the dumpster. I have seen one broken though. It's got this smokey/grey dust in it. With some weird gray foam.

You know, I still use a 17 inch CRT Monitor (70 hz max I think). That is why I still play all my games on 1024 by 768. I wonder when I will switch to lcd or widescreen, maybe in the near future..
