Cant find source SDK

Hi im Hunter32 and im new to halflife forums.
I cant find Source SDK in the tools option in steam but when i enter tools there are only dedicated server for games to download is there any filter or category that can i change or something like that help plz.

Do you have any Source games on your Steam account?

Switch to full view from View, and select Tools.

You realize there's only one menu, right? If you can't find it, don't waste your time on Source SDK.

well its not original and its not from free deals i bought it in a Cd shop
