Changing Steam account name/Transferring Steam account to another account

Hey..I assume this would be the correct forum to post this in (didn't there use to be a Steam forum?). I want to change the username of my Steam account, so I want to know if there is any way to A)Do that or 2)Create another account and transfer my games catalogue onto it, so I don't lose all of my games.

Is that possible in any way? Should I contact Steam Support?

You should be able to change email

I think you can just contact them and tell them to change your e mail but I would wait and see what other members have to say. I am kinda a noob at Steam.

Alright, I'll contact them. So, next question: How do I contact them? I've been searching around the SteamPowered support section, and I can't find an email or a 'Ask a question' box anywhere...
