cinema 4d r 9

i just installed cinema 4d release 9. ive gone through a few tutorials but i still find it very confusing. i was wondering if anyone knows of a good tutorial for beginers to the software thats shows you the controls and stuff as well as getting you to model some basic objects.

tell ya what, i dont know cinema4d at all, but get ahold of my buddy BenchStudio, http://benchstudio.deviantart.com/ he sues that program for everything, and hes amazing.
