City 17: GoldSource

So I just came across the City 17: Goldsource mod (http://www.city17.net.tc/) While this is interesting, I don't really see the point. I mean are they doing it just for artistic reasons? Or maybe just to see if they can? Or both? Even though it seems kinda weird, I will play this one when its finished :E
