FEAR's biggest problem: I'm guessing it's somehow impossible to make singleplayer maps for it. Because there are none available for download. Had they made this possible, well, look at how many user-made maps Doom 3 spawned. With a theme like FEAR, it could've produced more. Well, we'll never know.
