I see many people have snapshots and movies directly from the game and I would love to know how to do this. Please Help!

Screenshots- By default you can press f5 ingame and it will save the picture in your screenshots folder for whichever game you're playing
Movies- Record a demo, and then either use fraps to record a movie or, use
startmove <demoname>
Where <demoname> is, obviously, the name of the demo.
Doing this outputs a crap load of screenshots which you have to put together to get a video file. Like one of those tga2avi programs or Videomach. Take note that doing it this way can easily eat up a couple gigs of space.
