Nope Sc2 has a much higher chance.LOL. I thought that Hellgate: London was supposed to be like a D3 type project. D3 has about as much hope right now as Starcraft 2.
The team that makes the RPG's has been busy with WoW & Expansion. The team that makes the RTS's havn't had a project since Wc3:TFT. So.....you ownder..what could they be doing? I've got a damn good guess!
Also the RPG teams big people have left.....ever take the time to wonder why?
Blizzard North(RPG team) has lost quite a few people. A major one like Bill Roper. Bill Roper was a major player since Blizzard bought Condor, they were creating Diablo at the time. Bill Roper probably quit because....lets see...maybe there next plans were WoW and not D3? Thats probably why he's making a diablo style game.
Of course they probably will make a Diablo 3 and because Blizzard North has been hiring for a very long time who knows? I don't know how big they are but they could probably manage multiple games at the same time. An expansion and a full game would be easier to manage aswell. Especially when you throw in all the funds they have know becuase of WoW. They can expand much easier.
Then others like Mike O'Brian and Patrick Swaney also left. Mike developed the archive format MoPaQ for Blizzard. Patrick developed the netcode for the Diablo's, Starcraft's, and worked on WoW's a little. They both left and formed ArenaNet. Having Patrick there is probably wow Guild War's server system and netcode is so damn good.
