Do you still have the Half-Life 2 BINKs saved on your hard drive?

I do, and I just took a look at them. Oh, the fond memories of anticipation and admiration.

Nope... I have them on a CD I got with CS:CZ

No :( I had every single one of them in a folder on my desktop until November 16th, at which point I deleted all of them. I wish I had burned them on a CD or something... I can't find them on this site anymore.

I have:
Half-Life 2 - Barricade
Half-Life 2 - Docks
Half-Life 2 - G-Man
Half-Life 2 - Kleiner's Lab
Half-Life 2 - Ravenholm
Half-Life 2 - Tenements
Half-Life 2 - Trailer
Half-Life 2 - Train Station (they should'nt have released this one, ruined beginning for me)
Half-Life 2 - Traptown
Half-Life 2 - Tunnels
Half-Life 2 - Coastline
Source Engine - High Dynamic Range Rendering

I had the two 600mb vids, but I needed to make space so I got rid of em.

Put them on CD, on a shelf somewhere.

*Falls to the floor on knees*

Bah!

Actually I will most likley have them on a PC ZONE cd.

I have most of the original screens somewhere, the first and most exciting click here.

But... this is really what got me.

Yea, they're still there. IN MY OLD HARD DRIVE.

Yesh.

I deleted them but i have some on the cs:cz cd. :)
the traptown one was great.

I think the barricade vid was the first ever visual of HL2 I'd seen...must have watched it like 15 times :)

I've got them all, somewhere. Stumbled upon them a few months ago and watched them all, aah the memories :D

Funny. I just watched most of the originals last weekend. I was shocked at how dull the ones from 2003 look now (especially Barracade for some reason). Valve really worked hard at polishing the game to what it is today.

Heh, for some reason I wish that they would have released the rest of the scenes from 2004 on to Bink format, just so I can say that I had the whole collection in high quality.

Have them as padding material on a few DVDs with Anime episodes on (padding as in, something to fill the disk entirely up and get my money's worth :p). When i'm browsing through those disks, I often fire up the binks for nostalgia value. I think the older ones got a lot more notice *after* HL2 shipped, especially the Hydra vid (Tunnels?) Though I don't feel HL2 needed the Hydra, twas still sad to see it go.

Yeah, I for the barricade and Ravenholm ones. Good times.

Deleted them along with the screenshots at sometime during december. While doing general cleaning of the harddisks.

Nope, Deleted them after I got HL2 in December.

Only one I kept was the 25 minute video.
It still saddens me that they ripped so much out of the game... when those ripped
out portions, if they could've worked...would've made game so much better.

I deleted them from my HDD, but I still got the PCGAMER disc with them on it

Ah, the traptown, the one that showed me how advanced the AI will be and how you can affect it (blpocking the door with the table), the one that was DAMN SCRIPTED! ARgh...

Yep, I have all of them in a folder on my desktop called "Half-Life 2 videos." I used to watch them a lot.

Had them all, may still have a few on disk here and there, but the folder on my HDD that contained them all has long since gone the way of the recycling bin.
