it's always so simple.If You don't like this don't play it.And there are many DOA EV chicks fans (don't tell my Gf,i am sure she'll not like this).
WHO want's it? well ME and hundreds of DOA EV FANS and manga fans.Besides such mod shouldn't be hard even to code.But anyway,first I'll make models then I'll see what can be done with it.
