DOOM3 Release Date is Fixed

Best Buy has updated their shipping date for people that pre-ordered Doom III. The new date shown is July 13th, 2004. Now, conventional wisdom says that Best Buy is in contact with Activision and that is the date they intend on shipping the game. Though that seems reasonable, you never know until it actually goes gold. What is the id Software catch phrase again? “When it’s Done”. Thanks to everyone who sent this one in.

I made a visit to a game store and asked the staff they mentioned the exact date.
This is real, HL2, STALKER and DOOM3 will come out next summer:

1-stalker June 06
2-Doom3 July 13
3-HL2 July-sep 04 (This summer)
