my cd key wont work for the cause of me doing it again
i installed my HL2 twice and the second time it wont work
even on an another computer

Ok, so you wouldn't really be a pirate. But if you've lost your CD key, then you're screwed.

its not a pirate i havent lost the cd key and my account

i cant just play it

thats why im here for help and support
ive been to steam support service but it turnes out it was not much help
they help me reset my forgotten passward though and ive got to waite untill the next day,week,month,or maybe even years for them t reply

DO you have your old account with password? Then log onto it and play.

when i do that and ime into steam the half life 2 icon says pre loading along with CSS and HL2Deathmatch but i can download the past games though

some of it i says play instead of purches game

Pre-loading means that it's pre-loading - downloading. You'll have to wait until it completes before you can play.

No, downloading means it's downloading the game. There is no "pre-loading" tag, but the "pre-loaDED" tag means you have the game installed but don't own it.

If your account says you don't own the game you are logged into the wrong account. You probably made a new one to register the game again. You need to remember the log in details for your Steam account (username and password) that you registered the game on first time. Your contact email should automatically receive an email to reset your password and log back in to download the game. Steam tells you when you first install the game to REMEMBER your details, if you don't remember your email account or username at all then it's your negligence which is the problem...
