Empires - In Need of Weapon Animator

We're in dire need of a first person weapon animator for Empires, the released HL2 mod with FPS+RTS gameplay. Your task will be to animate first person weapon models, creating sequences for draw, reload, fire, melee, and going from/to iron sights. As a mod, we're all working for free. However, monetary compensation is a possibility if we can come to an agreement. Thanks for your time.
