Error! Starting HL2 and PoA

Hello wenn i try to start the game Half Life 2 and the Mod Plan of Attack this error comes:

MountAppFilesystem() failed: SteamMountAppFilesystem(0,220,0x528fd0c) failed with error 104: Not subscribed

So how can i fix this. And yes i have already searched at the forum, but i have find nothing.

What are you taking about. If i have an illegaly version i coudn`t play PoA don't you think so.

More information: Well i have played HL2 and PoA before and it works fine.
HL2M, CS:S and HL2:CTF works but HL2 and PoA not.

That error message looks like the message you get when you try and running Hammer or one of the SDK tools without Steam running :S I think you'd be better off going to the customer support section at Steam for this...

and why do people keep saying 'Are you using a pirated version?!' at every opportunity now? It's usually pretty obvious when it's a pirated version problem, and this certainly doesn't sound like on. Not least cause this guy's been signed up since December last year.
