Maybe it was that but I doubt it. I didn't get deja vu from the other menagerie of corpses with supplies.

The way the ragdoll is laid out. For some reason, Valve assumes people die as statues. :P

At least that's what I see...

I got a case of severe Deja Vu in one of the City scenes, possibly in Urban Flight. I put it down to maybe having fought there in HL2 itself. Which would be pretty cool. But I think we are on the wrong side of town.
I was kind of hoping we'd see the train-station courtyard. Our first image in the game, our first image showing the Resistance fighting back and then one of the last images of City 17 we ever see. That would have been cool.

I remember passing through a street in epi1 that was surely in Half-Life 2. Its that place where your team shoots rockets at the combine for the 1st time.

My biggest bout of deja vu?

First, do you remember in HL2, on Highway 17, the outpost with the gas pumps? Well, there's a dead guy hidden away in a fenced off area, with a revolver and a small bloodstain.

Well, there's a section in Urban conflict, in the elevator area with a million explosives and tripmines. You jump through a window, blast the poision headcrab lurking around, and find a shotty on the floor.

Next to it is a dead guy, the EXACT SAME model as the one mentioned earlier, except with a shotgun and a bigger bloodstain.

I sense a Valve running joke. I doubt this is the last we've seen of "suicide man", nor the couple who are always holding each other.

It was Crying Couple for me.
Someone should make a collection of stories and comics about the Crying Couple. Actually I feel compelled to do so.

Actually , the air ducts+the laser booby-trapped room near the elevator and the puzzle with water and electricity gave me a strong feeling of HL1.

Agreed.

I think I figured it out. It's not from HL2, it's from Resident Evil 2! You see the first time I saw that dead body whatever way the light was his skin looked grey and it looked just like when the black cop in RE2 turns into a zombie [/semi-plausable explenation]

That's the road with the hospital and the arch on it. Apart from being a long road similar to a few in Anticitizen One, it's only as much like any other street looks like another within in any city in the world. The courtyard area you go into after that road had the biggest sense of deju-vu for me. It's very similar to any of the other courtyards you see in City 17, but not unreasonably so. Then you get the whole "what's the password" line said again, which is deju-vu from elsewhere... then you climb those stock tenement stairs and that you went up in quite a lot of places in the original game :)
