Welcome to another thread where PhantomDesign introduces more odd concepts!

Anyway, lately I've been collecting all sorts of random thoughts into a semi-organized list and one of them is face exercises. Optimally these would be performed on a highly attractive member of the opposite sex, but on a slightly more serious note, having a well-defined face usually helps one's attractiveness.

During my online research, it seems that most articles target older people for the purpose of reducing sagging or wrinkles, but what's to say it's not useful otherwise? General exercise certainly helps, what why not targeted exercises?

I think I'm going to be crazy and try it out for a few months; if it actually works, it would almost be like cheating, since I've never heard of it which implies few people do it. The only thing that I think mostly needs improvement is my cheeks are slightly puffy, but might as well do the entire face.

EDIT: http://members.optusnet.com.au/vanviola/face02.html <-- has a decent collection of face exercises

If any attractive, single women out there need a spotting partner for some "face exercises", I'd be more than willing to help.

I tried a few and kinda felt them working, I will try this for a few weeks and see if I get any results, but I warn you, if there are no improvements, shenanigans will be called

Eh, not sure about this... any muscles the face requires are already exercised by everyday use, and besides the neck, there aren't a whole lot of options for resistance training.

Even if you could exercise the facial muscles, there wouldn't be a whole lot of use to that besides having an oddly shaped and stiff face.

I suppose you could improve jaw strength by eating tough foods, but you'd likely cause jaw damage this way.

next you're gonna be doing push-ups on mr. winky.

I definitely wouldn't overdo it, as it could look weird, this is not like weight-lifting. I don't even like bulk on my arms, lol, just some cut definition. It wouldn't be so bad looking a little more like Vin Desil (regardless of his acting abilities).

Been there, done that. What do you think I'm talking about in these fitness threads when I brag about 1-arm pushups?

lol no

Your bone structure determines the attractiveness of your face and it's either attractive or unattractive and if you were to unsuccessfully change it you'd probably be attractive to people who's genetics wont go well with yours rather than those who'd normally find you attractive.
