faceposer problem

i cant get the faceposer to work on TF2 modles. half life2 modles work fine, its just the TF2 ones. i can select them and select options, but the options never alter the face. they just keep staring at me blankly, stairing, stairing, STAIRING WITH EYES LIKE THE DEPTHS OF HELL!!

TF2 models use a different face posing system than the HL2 ones. Maybe something in the latest update screwed them over (they didn't work very well to begin with). Or maybe an addon (or combination of addons) are breaking it, try cleaning GMod.
