Few Lost Coast questions

Can somebody tell me where the models and textures used in Lost Coast should be, I can't seem to find them. Also is there a special way to get dynamic range lighting to work, or does it just do its thing automaticaly with all light?

erm, wouldn't HDR require a complete re-release of ALL the HL2 assets, specially redone for HDR - or at least some of them. hi-res textures would be nice too.

i look forward to that 2GB steam update any day now...
