Firefox 3 pisses me off

Hi, I'm using Firefox 3 but I have only one problem. From time to time, I click on a link and instead of opening it, it downloads the webpage it leads to. It usually happens when I click the link and then alt-tab to another window. What's going on?

That's because your pressing alt while clicking the link which causes Firefox to download the webpage.

Are you alt-tabbing to view a web page you already have up or another app's window?
If you were viewing a webpage you don't want to leave you could right-click the link and open in a new tab which shouldn't cause it to pop up in view but just load it in the background.

I alt-tab to view another window. I usually do it because I click a link, go onto an MSN window and reply to someone, then alt tab back to the newly opened link.
