Looks like we have a great game on our hands .

Pros:
Great gameplay if a bit over the top in parts
Great level design
Jessica lol

Cons:
Much to short, its over too fast.
The bullet time feature with the gas clouds doesnt work very well
Gun sights seems a bit pointless

The question is, how long did it take for them to beat it? They say much too short, so they are either being dumbasses and forgetting that it's a $20 episode, or it took them something like 2 hours to beat.

What did they give Quake 4? I hope it was somewhere in the region of 60.

Pc Format on the other hand gave it a whopping 88%

The PC Format team deserve to be tarred and feathered. PC gamer were far too generous with Quake 4.

I agree. I watched all the Quake 4 videos before it came out, and i was like 'well that looks...crap'. I saw the review and it confirmed my doubts on PCGamer UK. Then i played the demo from their CD..boy were they wrong. Its quite addictive.

Still torn as to wether to buy the episodes or not..but i'll see.

In that case it will take me about 10 hours.

I started it, got to less than five minute in, and Jessica has made me laugh
out loud twice already.

But it also makes me realize I need to tweak my system a bit more.
