Fonts in Half-life Counter-Strike

I was just wondering if any of you guys had a site where I can download and alter my fonts.wad file in the \...\valve\ folder.


Feel free to post urls as well as comments on this. Tips:

1. Can YOU make own fonts?
2. Is there a program for it?
