Fps and Refresh

1) how can I change display refresh to 100 mhz from c0ns0le?
2) how to see current FPS ?

You act like it can't be done lunix, I had my refresh rate on my desktop at 200Hz at one point.

lol I wrote "c0ns0le" because if u change "0" with "o" a link appears on
