Free Stanford Class on Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

I don't know if you guys know of it, but there's a website with a huge amount of stuff like this.

It's called Academic Earth. Pretty cool, really.
 
Yeah, we know... but this is something new coming up.
 
With all these free classes available online, I have to wonder, if you "graduate" is there any paperwork made to prove that you actually did those classes. Or do they just give you some sort of "digital diploma" (which nobody would take seriously).

You're not taking them for degrees or credits. That's not what they're there for. If you want those benefits, you have actually enroll as an actual student.

It's knowledge, freely distributed, and knowledge is a powerful thing even if it's not attached to papers.
